Anna Lea Ebitner is a seasoned business and financial consultant with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning banking, technology, hospitality, insurance, and entrepreneurship. She delivers strategic, financially sound solutions that help business owners grow, protect, and transition their operations effectively.
Anna began her career in global finance and IT operations with multinational institutions such as the Standard Chartered Group. In progressively senior roles including IT Change Manager and Project Officer, she led international teams and managed large-scale projects across the Philippines and Malaysia. She supported core financial systems and cross-border service delivery, combining systems integration with data-driven financial strategies and operational efficiencies.
In 2012, she co-founded Ebitner LLC, a Las Vegas-based design and printing company, where she continues to manage financial planning, marketing, budgeting, and client relations. Her hands-on leadership has ensured consistent growth and profitability. She later served as Accounting Manager for six years at a high-end recreational vehicle (RV) resort in Nevada and was promoted to General Manager, a position she has held for over four years. As General Manager of one of Nevada’s top five-star RV resorts, Anna oversees the full scope of business operations including financial management, budgeting, staffing, guest services, and vendor relations. Her leadership reflects excellence in both fiscal oversight and luxury hospitality management.
Anna was also instrumental in setting up a new hotel and casino business in Nevada for her employer. She handled all phases of the startup, including securing business licenses, hiring employees and key management personnel, and modernizing the operational infrastructure. Her responsibilities covered systems for reservations, accounting, IT, purchasing, security, merchant services, and all other areas essential to a successful hotel and casino launch.
Anna is a licensed Life and Health Insurance professional in both Nevada and California, providing tailored financial protection strategies for individuals and business owners. She has structured and implemented buy-sell agreements funded by life insurance and introduced the Infinite Banking Concept for clients with a combined net worth of approximately 10 million dollars. These strategies have helped clients create personal banking systems that preserve wealth, maintain liquidity, and enhance financial independence.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Manila and is ITIL- certified. Her combined expertise in finance, insurance, operations, and IT allows her to deliver comprehensive, innovative, and scalable business solutions.
